Nonprofits may list up to three seminars per year at no charge.

With each listing, you receive 2 free email announcements. 
If you would like more than 2, there is an additional $5/announcement.

Email us at caryl @ (take out the spaces) and we will send you a template to fill out.

This section is divided into 2 sections - our policies/rules and our suggestions.

Our Policies


  • Use upper and lower case in providing information. DO NOT use all caps.

  • If you list multiple seminars, list and submit each one separately or ask us for a template.

  • Type the information on the form below directly OR put it in Notepad first and then cut and paste from Notepad.

  • Check your wording carefully. It should be EXACTLY how you would like it to appear on the listing. There is a fee of $10.00 to make minor changes to the listing after it is sent to you for proofing. The only exception is that if CEUs are pending, then we will make that change at no charge.
  • There is a $20.00 fee to remove a listing or to make changes to the speaker, location, or date after it is sent to you for proofing.
  • When listing the dates for email announcements, be sure the first date is at least five (5) Business Days after you submit the listing, which gives us time to list it and you to proofread it. If you would like your announcement to go out before five (5) business days, there is a $10 expediting fee.

  • Your two free eblasts may appear at any time. You may purchase additional eblasts at $5/eblast, and you may schedule those only once per month.

  • We reserve the right to edit or delete any listing at any time for any reason.

Our Suggestions

If we have sent you a template,
please use the template instead of the form.

  • Try *not* to schedule the eblast on the 1st of the month because the 1st is when seminars are announced on the Yahoo groups.

  • If there is an early bird fee and date and/or an auditor fee and a working spot fee, then include all that information so it appears in the listing.

  • Try to schedule one of your eblasts a few days before the early bird date.

If we have sent you a template,
please use the template instead of the form.

Please fill in your Federal Tax ID number below and authorizing signature. We will not process your seminar without this information. Thank you for your understanding.
