Description of Seminar/Conference
	This Round Table forum is for working dog trainers, shelter workers, rescue organizations and people who foster dogs to openly discuss temperament testing and exchange experiences, views and ideas on its use. How do we decide what tests to use? How are the results graded? How can we set up optimum conditions for the test? Grading versus a pass or fail result Are all tests appropriate for all dogs? Should sub-par results be a death sentence? The focus will be on sharing successes and networking. You'll leave with a better understanding of the other person's strategy. Sharing successes with others in our field is a way to bring unity and respect to our profession.
