  Description of Seminar/Conference

Susan shows how animals learn, and how to humanely encourage appropriate behavior using the scientific principles of Applied Behavior Analysis, which are so effective with human learners. She's a pioneer in applying these principles to animals.

They start with the most positive, least intrusive, effective behavior solutions, changing behavior through facilitation rather than force.

Focusing on an animals' extraordinary biologic capacity to learn by interacting with its environment, she teaches that by changing the environment for success, animals learn to behave successfully.
