  Description of Seminar/Conference

Americans love our pets. Most households have more than one. Pets are a source of great joy in our homes and lives. But if two or more of your pets are having trouble getting along, it can be a source of anxiety and frustration.
Ken McCort is well-versed in the challenges and resolutions for keeping peace in a multi-pet household. He has more than 20 pets of seven different species. This seminar will cover:

  • Introducing new pets to your home – whether of the same species or not
  • Management strategies to set everyone up for success
  • Strategies and exercises to create harmony
  • Inter-species interactions
  • Counter-conditioning and teaching animals to suppress inherent instincts
  • Early identification and intervention of problems
  • What to do when relationships are not working out

Ken will lecture and use photos/video demonstrations throughout the seminar. This seminar is suitable for both dog guardians and trainers. There are no working spots in this seminar.
