Biography/CV

Kathie Compton, BA, CDBC, CPDT opened mARFa Dog Training in 2001. She is the Director of Training and Behavior for the Jeff Davis County Humane Society (Paws for Joy) where she implemented the STAR volunteer program and helped to inspire their innovative sheltering concept. Her book, "Dogs...Made Easy! A New Owner's Manual" is a popular addition to shelter adopter packages around the US.
